I began my culinary journey after obtaining my B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and working in the corporate arena. I used my communication strengths to distribute critical information across the nation and internationally in an interesting, motivating and operationally streamlined manner. With my training from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, I have worked with catering companies, private individuals and families, and within my own catering and private chef company, Culinary Princess Catering. As a business owner in the culinary industry, I understand how to market services, act in a fiscally responsible manner and manage individuals and relationships.
As a chef, my main objective is to create awe inspiring, flavorful, nutritious meals that transport you to your “happy place”. I want to make amazing food, work with great people and share my joy of cooking with those who love to eat. As a corporate culinary professional, my goal is ensure that the objectives of the company are executed with excellence. I have a honed focus on quality food and ingredients, exceptional event and design concepts and professional and ethical business procedures.
